East Loop at Clinton reopens after lost load of pallets blocked freeway during morning commute

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- The northbound lanes of the East Loop at Clinton are back open after a lost load of wooden pallets ended up on the freeway.

It happened around 8 a.m.

SkyEye was over the freeway as the back ups grew.

The incident was cleared shortly before 10 a.m.
