HOUSTON (KTRK) -- The top 10 most wanted domestic fugitives in Harris County were named today by Crime Stoppers of Houston, in partnership with HopeLine from Verizon.
The effort is aimed at building a greater understanding of what domestic violence is and encourage Houstonians to take action to end abuse.
October is recognized as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
