Woman spotted on bicycle on Chicago area expressway

CHICAGO, IL -- A strange and dangerous sight on the Dan Ryan Expressway this past weekend had one driver grabbing her cell phone and taking a photo.

Stephanie Kemen was in her car with her boyfriend when they spotted a woman on a Divvy bike riding on the shoulder of the southbound lanes.

Kemen says she didn't know where the woman came from.

Illinois State Police confirm troopers did respond to a call of a woman on a bike on the interstate, but she was gone by the time they arrived.

So far, there's been no response from Divvy.
