Multiple injuries reported after vehicle drives into restaurant

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Multiple injuries are reported after a car slammed into a restaurant in southwest Houston.

Just before 2pm a vehicle drove into Dimassi's Mediterranean Buffet on Kirby Drive at La Concha. Police say multiple people are reported injured, and that most of the injuries are considered minor. Damage to the restaurant is said to be significant.

HFD units are on the scene.
