Court: Malnourished Spring boy to remain in aunt's custody

HOUSTON (KTRK) -- A five-year-old boy who was found malnourished and locked in a closet at a home in Spring will continue to stay with his aunt.

We're told the boy is putting on weight since he was discovered by authorities in March.

The boy's father, Bradley Bleimeyer and child's stepmother, Tammi Bleimeyer, are facing charges in the case.

The child's biological mother is working to get custody.

Five other children who were in the home are staying in CPS custody.
