Police investigating after dead body found floating in southeast Houston bayou

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) -- Police are investigating after a body was found in a bayou in southeast Houston.

Officers were called to the scene at 5830 Old Spanish Trail around 7:10 a.m. Wednesday.

They found the body in the water behind the fire station. It's now at the medical examiner's office.
