Inside the majesty of Chappell Hill's bluebonnets

CHAPPELL HILL, Texas (KTRK) -- It's spring in Texas, which means bluebonnets are in full bloom across the state.

One of the most popular places to admire the bluebonnets is the small town of Chappell Hill, located along Highway 290 just east of Brenham.

During a recent visit, Eyewitness News photojournalist Chris Graczyk explained why Chappell Hill is the perfect spot for iconic family photos in rolling fields of bluebonnets.
