Ohio woman accused of beating up, robbing her grandmother

ROSS CO., OH (KTRK) -- Deputies in Ohio are looking for a woman they say beat up her own grandmother before robbing her.

According to the Ross County Sheriff's Office, Amanda Rue, 30, broke into her grandmother's home. She then assaulted the elderly woman before taking all of the money from her wallet.

Rue then took off and has not been seen since.

Rue is about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds.

Deputies say she'll face a number of charges once she's in custody.
