STAFFORD, TX (KTRK) -- A 31-year-old man was sentenced to 40 years in prison after accepting an agreement with prosecutors on aggravated robbery charges.

According to Fort Bend County Assistant District Attorney Lesleigh Morton, in November of 2002, Ketric Davis entered a Stafford GNC store and pointed a semi-automatic handgun at a store employee. Morton said Davis then demanded money and got away from the store with approximately $280 in cash.

During the investigation, authorities with the Stafford Police department said they discovered other robberies in Harris County with similar circumstances. Through a joint police effort, one of the victims was able to identify Davis from a photo lineup.

Since 2003, Davis has been serving time in prison connected to four aggravated robberies in Harris County.
