Dominique Jude, 27, is facing criminal charges, but she calls the entire incident a misunderstanding. Milwaukee police say Jude and her son were attending a birthday party at Sky Zone when they were both hit in the face with a dodgeball.
Witnesses say Jude grabbed the 12-year-old who threw the ball, yelled at him and told the other children to throw dodgeballs at his face.
Jude admits she did grab the boy, but claims she asked him how he would feel if someone hit him in the face with a dodgeball.
