HOUSTON --
An 18-year-old will face a judge accused in the deadly mass party shooting last month in Cypress. Randy Stewart is charged with aggravated assault for firing a gun during the party on November 9.
Queric Richardson, 17, and Arielle Shepherd, 17, died in the shooting. Richardson's 16-year-old brother, Kenneth Guidry, was also shot while trying to save his brother, but survived.
The shooting injured 19 others, where 100 people had gathered. Prosecutors say two other gunmen who took part in the shooting are not in custody. Take ABC13 with you!
