Former Houston Texans defensive end Mario Williams may not call Houston home anymore, but he continues to have a special bond with the city that gave him his first NFL contract.

The current Buffalo Bills player was in town Tuesday to donate five Dodge Chargers to HPD's Traffic Enforcement Division. Houston Police Chief Charles McClelland says Williams has always supported HPD and he can't thank him enough for his generosity.

"I'm ecstatic to still be a part of relations with HPD and the great city of Houston and it's just an honor to give back to the community that's given me so much," said Williams.

Chief McClelland also gave Williams an honorary badge to mark his commitment to HPD.
