A pickup and a car flipped over on the outbound lanes of Highway 59 near Westpark around 12:30am.
Several people were taken to the hospital, but it's believed they will all survive.
It took more than an hour for crews to clear this up. In that hour, the backup turned into a nightmare for fellow drivers.
