The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 54-year-old Gary Dale Moore Sr. of Henryetta, Texas, fell out of a 14-foot aluminum boat on Thursday and didn't resurface.
An incident report says a 73-year-passenger in the boat stood up, making the boat unstable and pitching both men overboard. A nearby fisherman witnessed the incident and rescued the passenger. Moore was found several hours later.
