Jason Murray was put on probation for allegedly assaulting his wife back in December. Last week he was arrested on DWI charges and accused of threatening his wife. The new charges could affect his probation terms.
Murray is expected in court again on Tuesday. He's not allowed to contact his wife or child while out on bond.
Right now Murray is still employed by Galveston County.
