Gabriel Cruz Torres, aka Gaby, is charged with continuous sexual abuse of a child. According to court documents, the alleged victim accuses Torres of sexually abusing her over a six-year period, beginning when she was only 8 years old.
Court documents say the alleged victim's parents trusted Torres, 58, to watch her when they went out.
Bond has been set at $100,000.
