Aerosmith's Steven Tyler doing fine after breaking teeth in fall

ASUNCION, Paraguay

Tyler fell in his hotel bathroom in Paraguay after he became dizzy due to gastrointestinal problems. The 63-year-old singer hit his face and broke two teeth.

A spokesman called the incident minor and said Tyler was treated at a hospital for cuts and received two dental implants for the lost teeth.

The Paraguayan dentist who treated Tyler said the singer is "doing splendidly" after his treatment. Dr. Maria Bastos said the singer was "friendly and humble" during the entire process.

A planned Aerosmith concert in Paraguay was postponed after the fall. The concert, which was originally scheduled for Tuesday, was rescheduled for Wednesday night.

Organizers said they expect more than 50,000 people to attend.
