Two caught after slaying at North Texas mobile home

RIO VISTA, TX

Johnson County sheriff's deputies early Wednesday responded to a 911 call about a burglary and assault at a mobile home in in Rio Vista, 40 miles south of Fort Worth. Richard Eugene Warren was dead at the scene.

The sheriff's department Thursday announced a capital murder warrant has been issued for Nico Allen-Antonio Cogdill.

Lt. Tim Jones says Jeremy Chad Bukowski was caught Wednesday in Cleburne. Jones had no information on an attorney for Bukowski, who's held on $250,000 bond.

Isaac Paul "Rooster" Milne was arrested Thursday by Alvarado police.

All three suspects are from Johnson County. Jones declined to say whether the trio knew the victim.
