Rialto police say a witness saw Michael Edmondson, 32, hugging a young boy inside a parked car and called police on Monday afternoon. Police determined lewd acts had been committed and arrested Edmondson.
Officials say the boy is one of his current students at Frisbie Middle School in Rialto.
Edmondson is on administrative leave from the school after his arrest in March for providing drugs to a juvenile and then asking that juvenile to provide pictures of his genital area.
