Man accused of killing deputy constable will face a judge

HOUSTON Lee Eldridge Sonier is charged with capital murder in the death of Deputy Constable Ronnie Brewer last Tuesday. Sonier was arrested hours after Brewer's body and crashed car were found. But he was released shortly afterward.

Sonier allegedly shot and killed Brewer after not being paid for a sex act from Eldridge's alleged accomplice, Judy Wallace Hambrick
