Man sought on 3 charges of sexual assault of a child

HOUSTON

Two female victims disclosed to child abuse investigators and forensic interviewers at the Children's Assessment Center that Benito Deleon Valenzuela had sexually abused them numerous times while at a residence in Hockley, Texas.

One of the victims stated the abuse began in March 2003 when she was 7 years old. Valenzuela allegedly entered the victim's bedroom while she was asleep and would sexually assault her.

In August 2006 and in September 2009, the second victim, a 9-year-old girl was sexually assaulted by Valenzuela several times. She said Valenzuela would threaten to kill the victim and her mother if she ever told anyone about it.

An investigation was launched and Valenzuela was charged with three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child. On March 18, four warrants were re-issued out of the 178th District Court with a $30,000 bond on each. Valenzuela also has a felony warrant for assault/bodily injury of a family member with a no bond.

Valenzuela is a 35-year-old Hispanic male, six feet tall and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes with a medium complexion. His last know address is in Hockley.
