Witnesses told investigators the gun accidentally went off, fatally striking Perez. The investigation is continuing. The case will be referred to a Harris County grand jury.
Witnesses call shooting death an accident
HOUSTON
Police were called to an apartment 3942 Arlington Square at about 5am. They found Bianca A. Perez, 21, had suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
