Lost load tied up Loop traffic
HOUSTON
A crane fell off of an 18-wheeler on the southbound lanes of the West Loop near Woodway at about 10am, blocking multiple lanes of the freeway as crews worked to remove the heavy equipment. By noon, the lanes had fully reopened.
