Flames erupt at northeast Houston apartments

HOUSTON Shortly after 6pm, heavy flames were seen coming out of the Dyersdale Village Apartments in the 9700 block of Mesa near Tidwell. Fire crews arrived on the scene and were able to quickly get the upper hand on the flames.

No one was hurt in the fire. The cause remains under investigation.
