Flasher on the loose in The Woodlands

THE WOODLAND, TX Police say the man was wearing soccer shorts and cleats. He exposed himself at Creekwood Park near Glen Loch Elementary School. It happened yesterday afternoon while elementary students were playing at a YMCA after-school program.

The flasher has not been caught. This is the 19th report of suspicious men approaching or exposing themselves to students in Montgomery County this school year.
