The caller told Montgomery County deputies he had shot his brother.


MONTGOMERY COUNTY (KTRK) -- A suspect was arrested and charged with murder after reportedly shooting and killing his brother in Montgomery County on Tuesday morning, authorities said.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a firearms disturbance in the 20700 block of Kenswick Park Drive at about 8 a.m. Investigators said the 911 caller said he had shot his brother.
When deputies arrived at the scene, they began life-saving measures on the victim, identified as 24-year-old Able Myers; however, he was later pronounced dead, MCSO said.
Authorities said the suspect, identified as 20-year-old Jesse Myers, was in an argument with his brother Able when Jesse produced a firearm and shot Able.
Jesse Myers was arrested and taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he was charged with murder, MCSO said.
MCSO said its detectives are still investigating the incident.
