Roderick Johnson, the man who broke into the home of Houston Texans star Dunta Robinson in 2008, plead guilty to a charge of aggravated robbery. Johnson and another man broke into Robinson's home in September 2008, tying up the football star and ransacking his home. Last October a judge declared a mistrial after one of the jurors failed to show up to court.

Today Johnson plead guilty to one robbery count and a second count was dismissed. He was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

The other man, Terrence Johnson, is already serving a 25 year sentence.
