Reward doubled to find person who killed clerk
HOUSTON
Francellia Palomares was found beaten and strangled in the back room of the Dolex Dollar Express on Fulton back on November 6. Two customers called police when they couldn't find anyone working. Firefighters forced their way into the locked back room and found Palomares. Her killer is still at large.
