Armed man arrested during Obama address

WASHINGTON Joshua Bowman has been charged with two counts of possession of an unregistered firearm and one count of unlawful possession of ammunition. Each carries a possible one-year jail sentence and $1,000 fine.

Police say it's not clear what the 28-year-old's intentions were, but prosecutors have decided against more serious charges.
