Authorities say three men were arguing on Pershing at Martin Luther King Boulevard when one of them pulled a gun and shot at the other two men as they ran.
One man was hit and died at the scene. Police chased down the suspect and shocked him with a Taser him to get him into custody. The third person was not harmed.
