She was walking with her father and brother near Pershing Middle School Thursday morning. Police say a car drove up to the intersection of Stella Link and Tartan.
The father banged on the car's hood when he noticed the female driver wasn't paying attention. But she kept going, hitting the girl, who suffered minor head injuries.
