Police search for lottery ticket bandit

BAYTOWN, TX On Monday, October 13, 2008 at approximately 7:20pm, a man walked into the RPS Discount convenience store located at 1600 N. Alexander Drive in Baytown, Texas. The suspect approached the clerk at the counter and asked for several items to purchase. When the clerk turned to get the items, the suspect took a stack of lottery tickets and left the store. When the clerk turned back around, the man was gone.

Baytown Police checked the store's surveillance camera. The suspect is described as a black male and at the time of the crime he was wearing a black shirt and black pants.
