The 15-year-old charged in the fatal stabbing of his older brother will remain at the Harris County juvenile detention center. The teen is accused of stabbing 17-year-old Robert Benton with a kitchen knife inside the family's northeast Houston apartment last week. Neighbors say the boys usually got along. Relatives say the 15-year-old had a history of mental illness.
