Ex-lifeguard pleads guilty over beer party

BELLAIRE, TX John Clement was sentenced to nine months of probation. Authorities say the 22-year-old supplied alcohol to 11 fellow lifeguards during an after-hours party. All of the other guests were minors.

Clement resigned his position. The other lifeguards got to keep their jobs, but were suspended a week without pay.
