CAUGHT ON CAMERA: 72-year-old crossing guard struck by 16-year-old driver

JACKSONVILLE, Florida (KTRK) -- A 72-year-old crossing guard stepping out to stop traffic was hit on Monday in Jacksonville.

Video shows a driver in a red SUV that never appears to slow down before hitting him.

Authorities say he was struck by a 16-year-old driver. The guard was treated for minor injuries.

A school bus with 40 kids on board was also side-swiped during the investigation.

No kids were hurt.
