MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX (KTRK) -- Brad Doyle may just be the really big fish whisperer.
The fisherman and proprietor of Bradley's Guide Service on Lake Conroe seems to have a gift for reeling in the catch of the day.
"When you get into monster catfish, it's becoming the new craze," Doyle said.
Month after month, his Facebook page draws attention for the massive blue catfish he pulls in from Lake Conroe.
But his biggest may have come in the days just before spring break, as he was sitting on the water.
"First fish of the day was 30 pounds, then 34 pounds. Well let's try again, 67 pounds. The rest of the day we spent looking for a certified scale. Unfortunately, there wasn't one to get in the record book to get the name down. Main thing - it went back in the lake. It's out there to be caught again," Doyle said.

Video of the huge fish documents the moments before Brad reeled in the beast. He's seen letting out a boisterous roar before showing off his prized catch.
The fish, by the way, went on to survive the fight after Brad tossed it back into Lake Conroe.
But with video in hand, Brad definitely has an amazing fish story that no one can deny.
