HOUSTON (KTRK) -- You may have seen low NASA says don't be alarmed. NASA is conducting a flyover across the Houston area.

It's part of Ellington's media day with NASA WB-57 pilots and personnel. During the showcase, NASA's trio of planes took a historic photo flight in formation around town.

The three aircraft are based at Ellington Airport. They've been flying research missions since the early 1960s. They've supported several missions during hurricane season.
