It happened at a donut store on CE King Parkway.
A neighbor heard that girl screaming in a wooded area on Fern Forest and Blue Lagoon.
Carlos Granel says he was working outside when he heard the girl's cries for help. He knocked on a neighbor's door to get help and flagged an officer who was on patrol in the neighborhood.
"They had her tied up to a tree. She had her phone and when they loosed her, the police, she got her phone and called her mom," Granel's son said.
The mother called authorities to report her daughter had been abducted from a donut shop and sexually assaulted.
Friends say they did see the girl in the shop Monday morning but they didn't see her in school.
Sheldon ISD confirms the girl is a student at C.E. King Middle School.
