HPD: Person found fatally shot near shopping center in NW Houston

HOUSTON

It happened around 2pm near a shopping center on Tidwell and Sun Forest.

Officers have confirmed that at least one person has been killed. Police say they are looking for a gunman wearing a blue hoodie.
