Deitrekk Boone, 20, was arrested without incident around 2pm Wednesday just outside a restaurant on the South Loop West near Reliant Park.
Boone was apparently hiding in Houston after he alleged shot and killed a man outside a Toledo fitness center on November 19, according to Houston police. The motive was robbery.
