Orlando Escobar says he in a Porta Potty while working at a jobsite for Exxon in The Woodlands. The documents show, when the tree fell on the Porta Potty, he had to jump out and hit a pipe.
The lawsuit says the tree was supposed to have been removed by ABC Professional Tree Service. Escobar is suing that company.
