Armed robber pretended to buy beer before gas station holdup

Harris county investigators are looking a robbery suspect responsible for robbing a gas station on September 25 in the 13200 block of West Little York.

Police say the suspect entered the store and appeared to purchase beer but when he got to the counter told the clerk he had a gun, and ordered the victim to surrender the contents of the register.

The victim complied and the suspect fled the scene without incident. The suspect is described as a black male, who was wearing a white shirt, yellow reflective vest, black cap and sunglasses.

Anyone with information about the identity of the suspect is asked to contact Crime Stoppers of Houston.
