It started just before 3am at an apartment complex on Pagewood near Ocee.
Police tell us the suspect was fighting with neighbors. That's when authorities say the man who was armed barricaded himself inside his apartment with a number of other people inside.
Four hours later, he surrendered peacefully. Investigators are now questioning witnesses. Charges are pending.
