Police in Richmond are asking for the public's help to find a person of interest in the investigation of stolen debit card information.

The case started in Venus, Texas, in April when a victim noticed someone had made several charges at a Richmond Wal-Mart using her debit card info.

Through an investigation, detectives were able to identify the person of interest and obtain store surveillance of him.

The video shows the man to be possibly Middle Eastern wearing a brown T-shirt, blue jeans and a white hat. Surveillance video also showed the man leaving the Walmart in what appeared to be a newer model, red, extended cab or crew cab pickup truck.

If anyone recognizes the man in the photo, please call the Richmond Police Department at 281-342-2849. The fraudulent charges occurred on April 24 at around 5:30pm.
