At about 10am, police say a man walked into the HEB in the 2800 block of Business Center Drive and headed to the International Bank of Commerce near the front of the store. The suspect presented the teller a note demanding money and threatening that he had a gun, though no weapon was displayed.
After taking an undisclosed amount of cash the suspect fled the scene. It is unknown if the suspect was in a vehicle.
Police say at the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a dark-colored wig, large sunglasses, a dark blue shirt and faded blue pants. He is only described as a black male. No other information is available at this time.
