According to the Galveston County District Attorney's Office, the shooting happened around 9:30pm Saturday.
Officials tell us the victim, who has not been identified, was shot in the 800 block of Sand Dollar Court and then rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital where he later died.
Malcolm Green was arrested and charged with murder. Bond was set at $100,000.
This case remains under investigation. Additional details were not available.
