Leemon Charles Hall, 51, lives at the home in in the 13800 block of Townewest, which is north of Sugar Land. He was last seen at around 9am.
Hall reportedly suffers from diabetes and has an altered mental state. He takes insulin injections and other medications daily. He doesn't have a wallet, money or a cell phone with him. And though the photo here shows him as clean-shaven and bald, he's described as having a black afro hair style and black beard.
Hall, who stands around 6 feet, three inches tall, was last seen wearing a long-sleeve gray shirt, black jeans and white Nike Air tennis shoes. He has a 12-inch surgical scar on his abdomen.
