A judge put those conditions on Latasha Davison in court Monday morning. She's charged with endangering a child. Deputies say they were serving an eviction notice to Davison's apartment last week in southwest Houston. That's when they found the little girl alone.
Davison arrived from the store about 30 minutes later with her other children. Deputies say Davison told them the little girl is brain dead.
