As an employee of Camp Katy Technology Camp near the 400 block of West Grand Parkway South, Tang interacted with many youths.
The camp, where activities included overnight stays by under-age participants, has relocated.
Tang originally was jailed last week on charges of sexual assault of a child and indecency with a child as the result of crimes that took place two years ago. The victim, now 16, came forward in the last few months.
As a result of publicity about that case, a second alleged victim, 15, came forward. Tang now faces two additional charges of indecency with a child.
Tang had posted bond and was released from jail after the initial charges were filed. He was re-arrested after the new charges were filed.
"We appreciate the invaluable assistance of the news media and the public in helping to bring victims forward in such a sensitive situation," Sheriff Adrian Garcia said. "This investigation continues, so we still need assistance."
HCSO investigators urge any additional victims to call investigators at 713-830-3250 or Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS.
