METRO is holding a community meeting Tuesday night to get input from riders on everything from on-time performance to fares and service area.
This will be the first of a series of meetings over the next few weeks.
Tuesday night's meeting will be held from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Trini Mendenhall Sosa Community Center at 1414 Wirt Rd., Houston, 77055.
Topics of discussion include:
- On-time performance
- Same-day changes
- No-Show policy
- Curb-to-curb service
- Fares
- Service area
- Eligibility program
- Travel training/feeder service
- Fixed-route accessibility
